We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (must be able to work in-office 2-3 days a week).
Salary: $55k-$60k.
Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for invoicing, payment processing, collections, and account reconciliation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Generate and send customer invoices.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Process payments, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve billing issues.
- Prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
- Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience preferred.
- QuickBooks and NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus
