What We Offer
- Starting pay: $25–$35/hr, depending on experience
- Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses (eligible after 90 days)
- Both shop and mobile positions available

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair all major trailer systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace faulty components
- Perform preventive maintenance on ABS, frames, bodies, doors, tires, and electrical systems
- Work independently while delivering high-quality service
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Safely operate a mobile service truck when required
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maximize fleet uptime
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
- Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic
- Solid understanding of trailer repair and maintenance techniques
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Salary : $25 - $35
