About The Job
A successful candidate for this position would be a Level I or II Trailer Mechanic. Someone with an understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and who also has experience with some basic trailer repair. Applicant should be self-motivated, safety-minded, and is able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.

About The Job

WHAT WE OFFER:
- $22-$25/hour.
- Quarterly performance Bonus after 90 days.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday/Days!

- Bi-weekly paychecks. Overtime after 40 hours.
- Clothing & boot allowance after 90 days.

- Inspect and diagnose malfunctions on all trailer systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair and replace defective components.
- Perform regular check-ups and preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including: ABS, air brakes, frame, body, suspension and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with other staff to receive, execute and bill work in a timely & proper manner.
- Help maintain positive working relationships with current customers.
- Must have at least 1yr of direct Trailer repair experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a physical and drug screen.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
