Roofing/Siding Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Roofing/Siding Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate roofing and siding projects from start to finish. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensure safety compliance, manage team members, and maintain high-quality standards. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, foster teamwork, and deliver exceptional results for our clients. • Supervise roofing and siding installation crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project flow.
• Manage on-site logistics such as material delivery, equipment usage, and heavy lifting operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a secure work environment. OSHA 10 Certificate is a plus but is not required, Will train the right candidate to obtain their OSHA 10
• Must have own reliable transportation to the office
• Must have a Valid Driver's License, clean driving record
• Must have positive attitude, strong communication skills in dealing with customers and work crew
• Strong background in roofing techniques, siding installation, framing carpentry and restoration work.
• must be able to operate a Drone or the willingness to learn how to operate one
• Must be able to use software programs such as Company Cam.
• Knowledge of construction site safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently.
• Experience reading detailed schematics and technical drawings for complex projects.
• must know Fluent Spanish

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
