Overview
RSR Partners is seeking a high-potential, intellectually curious, and execution-oriented professional to join the Office of the CEO & COO.
This is a high-impact generalist role at the intersection of firm strategy, operations, marketing, and client delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, analytical capability, interpersonal instincts, and a bias for action. This person will work closely with senior leadership to help drive strategic priorities, improve firmwide execution, and support the continued evolution of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Firm Strategy & Growth Initiatives
- Support and execute select firmwide strategic priorities in partnership with senior leadership
- Own discrete initiatives across business development, marketing, client development, and growth strategy
- Conduct market, client, and competitor research to inform decision-making
- Help develop pitch materials, positioning, and new business opportunities
- Synthesize information into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans
Operations, Execution & Infrastructure
- Improve internal processes, workflows, communication, and operating discipline
- Help drive consistency and efficiency across practices and functions
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking in partnership with finance and leadership
- Support the implementation and optimization of systems, tools, and workflows
- Help accelerate adoption of new processes and technologies across the firm
Marketing & Brand Building
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, thought leadership, client events, and firm communications
- Partner with Managing Directors on individual and practice-level marketing initiatives
- Help elevate the visibility of the firm, its practices, and its senior leaders
- Coordinate with internal and external partners on PR, content, and brand-building initiatives
Search & Client Delivery
- Develop a strong understanding of RSR’s core executive search and advisory work
- Support the creation of consistent, high-quality client-facing materials and pitch decks
- Partner with consultants and research teams to support excellent execution
- Contribute to special projects that improve the quality, consistency, and scalability of client delivery
Experience & Profile
- 7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, professional services, executive search, or a similarly rigorous environment
- Demonstrated ability to own projects or workstreams from concept through execution
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Background in strategy, operations, business development, marketing, or client-facing roles preferred
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Professional services experience preferred
