CNC Production & Warehouse Associate

Pay: $50,000–$65,000 per year (depending on experience)

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented CNC Production & Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team. This is a hands-on position that combines CNC enclosure modification, CAD drawing interpretation, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse responsibilities. What You'll Do
CNC Production
- Operate our Steinhauer ModCenter CNC enclosure modification machine
- Read and interpret CAD, DWG, and DXF drawings
- Set up and verify enclosure modification jobs
- Perform quality inspections to ensure accurate cuts and finished products
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and assist with machine maintenance
- Ensure production deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards
Warehouse Operations
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Load and unload deliveries safely
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management
- Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and safe
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Management teams
- Help improve warehouse and production processes
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse and production projects as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Experience reading CAD, DWG, or DXF drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC machine operation experience
- Experience with Steinhauer equipment (not required - we'll train the right candidate)
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Inventory management experience
- Forklift experience
- Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite
