RSP Group is partnered with a leading General Contractor to hire a Project Manager specializing in complex life sciences projects, including research labs, cleanrooms, and cGMP manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring technical precision, financial control, and timely delivery of projects that empower innovation in biotech, pharma, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning and design coordination through validation and turnover.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, contracts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Superintendents on site logistics, phasing, and cleanroom construction sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and cGMP regulatory standards.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and specialized equipment installations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as primary point of contact.
• Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6 years managing complex commercial, healthcare, or life sciences projects.
• Experience with cleanroom environments, MEP-intensive systems, and regulated facilities required.
• Knowledge of validation, commissioning, and turnover documentation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and client-facing skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred; willingness to travel as required.
