What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Construction Installer position at RSNE (Refrigerated Structures of New England)?
What This Job Actually Is You\'ll travel with a crew to commercial job
sites across New England, installing insulated metal panels (IMPs) from
the ground up. Between travel assignments, you report back to our shop
in Lakeville. This is construction work not HVAC, not electrical, not
refrigeration repair. This is not warehouse work. This is not seasonal.
This is full-time, year-round construction with a clear path forward for
people who show up and work hard. The Travel Piece Projects run 4-12
weeks at a time. Project locations are throughout the North East, USA -
currently in PA, OH, NJ. Hotel/AirBNB and per diem are fully covered
most guys on the road spend very little out of pocket. Between projects
you\'re back home, working locally out of our Lakeville shop. What
You\'ll Do Install insulated metal panels on commercial job sites Work
with hand tools, power tools, and lifts Travel with a crew and assist
with layout, panel alignment, and finish work Learn a specialized
construction trade with growing demand across the industry What We\'re
Looking For Vo-tech or trade school background in carpentry,
construction, or building trades OR military service experience OR 1-3
years working in commercial construction Comfortable with hand and power
tools Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation to Lakeville,
MA Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day
