Locum Tenens Dentist Opportunity
- Up to $150/hr, ($1,200 per day), PLUS hotel and transportation
- Locations Available: Caldwell & Nampa, Idaho
- Must be Medicaid Credentialed, upon start of assignment
Location And Dates:
- Nampa, ID: July 15, 22, 29, August 4, 7, 12, 14
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Caldwell, ID: June 16, July 21, 28, 31, August 7, 11, 14, 18, 28
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Most offices are 80% kids and 20% adults
- High volume Medicaid practices. Our doctors see up to 12 operative patients and 24 hygiene exams per day
- Candidates must be comfortable seeing kids and adults
- Our staffing model includes 2 Assistants and 1 Hygienist per Doctor
- Must have at least two years of experience

We expect you to have the following:
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
