Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365
• Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
• Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
• Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology

Required Qualifications:

• 5 Years of Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement
• 3 Years of Experience with Nonprofit Management clients
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
• Experience with Scribe a plus
• ·SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
