The Warehouse Coordinator will support RSM’s Operations Team to ensure successful execution of all mobile tours, experiential marketing campaigns, and retail promotions. The Warehouse Team oversees warehousing, packouts, shipping and inventory as a shared service to all of RSM’s account teams and their ongoing business. The day-to-day role will vary according to RSM programs and account team needs. Successful candidates should have a strong work ethic, enjoy variety, work independently, communicate well, and be extremely organized.

The Warehouse Coordinator will support RSM’s Operations Team to ensure successful execution of all mobile tours, experiential marketing campaigns, and retail promotions. Responsibilities And Duties
- Work with account team leads to develop program timelines and logistical deliverables needed for each program
- Receive and store products within the warehouse, unpacking and accurately counting against order
- Maintain inventory of materials: record and track items received and distributed
- Assemble items for shipment or load-in for upcoming programs and assist with
- Ship products, materials and equipment to support programs
- unload and store items/equipment following tours
- Organize and fulfill product packouts
- May be asked to research required material purchases to ensure procurement of the most suitable equipment in terms of performance, safety, reliability and cost
- Collaborate with the Logistics Team and Tour Managers in field to identify any issues and propose and implement appropriate solutions
- High school degree
- Knowledge of the latest versions of Priority 1, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability and willingness to occasionally work weekends
- Occasional travel may be required
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record preferred
- Able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance
