RSM Christian School seeks a faith-filled, collaborative Vice Principal to serve as an instructional and administrative leader in support of our Christ-centered mission. Position Summary Under the direction of the Principal, the Vice Principal supports academic programs, student life, discipline, attendance, athletics (grades 1–8), and staff supervision while fostering a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered school environment. Key Responsibilities Support the spiritual formation of students and staff Assist in curriculum leadership, teacher supervision, and accreditation efforts Support student discipline, attendance, and campus supervision Collaborate with the administrative team to support school operations Foster positive communication with families and the school community Promote student safety, including responsible digital citizenship
