The Events and Promotions Assistant will support promotional events and retail marketing activities while working closely with team members and management. Training is provided to help qualified candidates learn the responsibilities of the position and develop professionally.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with promotional events, retail marketing activities, and trade shows
- Support event preparation, setup, and breakdown
- Prepare promotional materials, displays, and event supplies
- Maintain and organize event inventory and materials
- Follow event schedules, timelines, and company procedures
- Assist with daily promotional activities and event operations
- Interact professionally with customers and provide information about products or services
- Communicate event updates, questions, and operational needs to management
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Work effectively with team members to complete event responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members as experience increases
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and positive event environment
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer interactions and event activities
