Real Salt Lake is currently seeking a Front Desk Staff Supervisor. These at-will part-time positions are the day-to-day support staff for the Zions Bank Training Center. Qualified candidates will be assisting with operational support of the facility while providing excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Greet and welcome guests to the Zions Bank Training Academy.
• Provide excellent Customer Service by registering patrons for programs, answering questions and complaints, verifying the fields schedules, and working with their manager to maintain the organization and safety of fields.
• Operate the cash register.
• Supervise the facility to ensure safety and compliance with Training Academy policies.
• Supervise, assist, and help train the front desk staff when needed.
• Open building at the beginning of public hour.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-2 years retail sales and management experience.
• Must have the capability of handling cash POS operations daily and for special events.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams’ schedules.
• Must be able to posse excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work well with others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing etc.
