RSL Medical Marketing is a solution-based company out of Farmington Hills, MI that focuses on improving health care through patient-centered care. We are actively seeking a Laboratory Sales Account Executive to drive the growth of our business. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with healthcare providers, managing key accounts, exceeding sales targets, and staying updated on complex genomics technology, and women's health testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth: Drive sales, achieve targets, expand market presence, and manage existing key accounts
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals
- Education: Educate physicians on the value of genetic testing, translating complex science into clear benefits.
- Territory Management: Create and execute business plans in Genesee County area
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in laboratory and/or genetic testing sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and articulate complex genetic testing platforms.
- Network: Existing relationships with relevant physician specialties - Women's Health Practices, OB-GYN
- Familiarity of EMR systems and Salesforce a plus
