What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roadside Assistance Representative position at RSKS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES INC?
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is responsible for providing customer service by answering phone calls and providing solutions to drivers/customers who encounter roadside issues in a timely manner. This includes the tracking and entry of these issues into computer systems that are used to monitor tools of roadside assistance calls and action items.
Roles & Responsibilities
Answer roadside assistance calls in a timely manner, providing optimal customer service to our drivers/customers
Create repair orders and enter necessary information into system
Check warranty status on repairs and make updates as needed
Maintain and track all outside repairs and handles accordingly
Work to provide and review data in an effort to reduce breakdown events
Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service skills (preferably on and off phone)
Must have basic computer skills and experience using various computer programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to stay calm and work in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous Maintenance Technician experience as a diesel or automotive technician
Prefer previous Customer Service experience
