Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems
- Learn proper use of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Help load, unload, and organize materials and jobsite tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company policies, job instructions, and safety standards
- Provide professional and respectful service to customers
- Participate in training and on-the-job learning opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in the HVAC trade
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous construction or mechanical experience
- Enrollment in or interest in HVAC schooling or certification
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
