Description: 

As a Recovery Specialist, your role transcends traditional collections by focusing on compassionate customer service and tailored solutions. You engage in outbound and inbound calls, employing skip tracing techniques to locate debtors while respecting their privacy. Your approach emphasizes problem-solving and empathy, aiming to understand individual circumstances and offer constructive resolutions. Additionally, you manage correspondence efficiently, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-ups with insurance companies or other relevant parties. Ultimately, your mission is to assist customers in resolving outstanding balances, providing support, guidance, and practical solutions to help them regain control of their finances and move towards a brighter financial future

Requirements

  

Education:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Champion the resolution of outstanding account balances through exemplary customer service, transforming concerns into satisfaction with finesse.

· Initiate outbound calls professionally, showcasing your negotiation skills and creative talk-offs to facilitate debt resolution.

· Handle incoming calls with professionalism, provide exemplary customer service and address customer concerns effectively.

· Manage time effectively to ensure efficient handling of tasks and timely follow-ups, maintaining top-notch follow-up habits.

· Master client-specific processes and procedures, demonstrating dedication to service excellence and efficient debt resolution.

· Juggle multiple computer systems simultaneously with ease, leveraging tech magic to streamline processes and enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with legal regulations like HIPAA, FCRA, and/or FDCPA.


Skills Needed:

· Customer service superstar 

· Smooth talker with words and on the keyboard

· Master of Negotiation (seriously, you're the Jedi of deals) 

· Basic Microsoft Office wizardry 

· Multitasking like a pro (juggling is your secret talent)
