About the Role

As our Ambassador of First Impressions, you'll be at the heart of the client experience, while also keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting to the Director of First Impressions (with indirect reporting to our CEO and CSSO), your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering a warm, personalized, and memorable experience for every client who walks through our doors
• Answering phones promptly and routing messages with good judgment
• Managing and maintaining Outlook calendars, confirming client visits, and coordinating meetings and conference calls
• Creating and modifying documents, and assisting with PowerPoint presentation development
• Performing general clerical duties — copying, scanning, filing, faxing, and mail processing/distribution
• Keeping the office clean, client-ready, and stocked by managing office supply inventory
• Recording and archiving meeting minutes
• Managing databases and office software programs
• Supporting other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of administrative experience, or equivalent education/experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Database management experience
• Graphic design skills a plus
