$70K–$80K base uncapped commission | OTE $100K–$150K About the RoleGuide Thermal is expanding its presence in the U.S. and is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our dealer network across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.This is a business development-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and developing a territory over time.Our corporate office is located in Utah, with a warehouse and repair center in Dallas, Texas, providing strong operational support for our partners and customers.Start date: May 2026What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow a network of dealers (hunting, optics, outdoor retailers)
- Identify and open new business opportunities across the territory
- Conduct in-person visits, product demos, and training sessions
- Support dealers to drive sell-through and repeat business
- Represent Guide Thermal at trade shows and industry events
- Build long-term relationships with key partners
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outside B2B sales with a strong focus on business development
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Strong experience or genuine involvement in hunting, optics, or the outdoor industry is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure (OTE $100K–$150K )
- 4 weeks of paid vacation
