What We Do/Project
We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client's team! As a member of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include high volume video and on-site interviews, complex multilayered scheduling.
• Being an ambassador to the candidate experience! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews and will serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate while interviewing.
• Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents and other projects as needed.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Written Communication/Resume Formatting Knowledge
a. Attention to detail
2) Experience with Calendar Management
a. 0-3 years of experience; internships, or past work experience where scheduling was done often.
3) High School Diploma or Equivalent
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Passion for recruitment.
2) Passionate about Candidate Experience or Customer Service Experience
Functional Knowledge / Skills in the following areas:
1) Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
2) Previous experience working collectively with a team
