TITLE Senior Salesforce Cloud Engineer (nCino)
FULLTIME-Direct Hire Position

JOB DESCRIPTION:
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
· 3 years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 1-2 years focused on Experience Cloud.
· Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
· Strong grasp of front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design).
· Proficient in Apex programming and Salesforce declarative development.
· Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
· Familiarity with Salesforce security and sharing model, profiles, and permission sets.
· Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
· Experience Cloud Consultant certification (preferred or nice to have).
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
· Preferred Skills
o Experience with CMS integrations or third-party web content platforms.
o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in a Salesforce environment.
o Knowledge of design systems (SLDS, Bootstrap, Material UI).
o Experience with Figma or other design/prototyping tools.
o Background in user experience (UX) or design thinking.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
o Problem-solver with an attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
o Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
