SAP Lead Specialist (MM/WM)

1 Year Contract

As an SAP Lead Specialist (MM/WM) for support projects, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. You will collaborate with business users to resolve issues, optimize processes, and ensure stable and efficient system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Management & Troubleshooting:
Lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests in MM and WM modules, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
User Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for business users on day-to-day system issues and MM/WM process questions.
System Monitoring:
Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and take corrective action as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Suggest and implement enhancements to MM/WM processes, configuration, and reporting.
Change Management:
Analyze, test, and deploy system changes and improvements according to established change management processes.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions. Share knowledge with team members and provide training as needed.
Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure ticket resolution and system stability.
Integration Support:
Support integration with related SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, etc.) to maintain end-to-end process integrity.
Root Cause Analysis:
Conduct thorough investigations on recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
