Long Term Contract


As an SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Implementing and configuring SAP modules to meet business needs and improve system functionality.
Analyzing business processes and providing recommendations for SAP solutions.
Creating and maintaining documentation for SAP configurations and customizations.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP applications and integrations.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

What You Will Do:
•Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP Quality Management (QM) modules, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering, to define and implement quality-related processes in SAP.
•Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP QM solutions to support quality objectives and compliance requirements.
•Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications and technical solutions.
•Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
•Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
•Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP quality functionalities.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in quality management processes.
•Stay updated on SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure the customer remains at the forefront of innovation.
•Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement and maintain SAP solutions effectively.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and industry standards within the SAP landscape.
•Provide advanced problem solving and technical support, including on-call critical support.

Qualifications You Must Have:
•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or Management Information Systems, and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
•8 years of experience working with SAP systems, with a focus on Quality Management (QM) modules.
•Proven expertise in SAP QM configuration, including inspection planning, quality notifications, quality certificates, and quality control processes.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in quality management, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD).
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to collaborate and work well with others and ability to lead technical development projects with expert troubleshooting techniques, and ability to escalate issues properly and in a timely fashion; Available to provide off-shift system support.

Qualifications We Prefer:
•Strong understanding and implementation experience using the scaled agile framework (SAFe) methodology; Experience extending SAP standard functionality using ABAP Objects and other modern SAP technologies.
•Experience working in the aerospace or defense industry.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment, customer support environment and with all levels of the organization; Experience delivering ECC and DT solutions outside of the United States
•SAP certification in Quality Management or related modules.
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) applicable to quality management in the aerospace and defense sectors.
•Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., PLM, EWM) and their integration with QM.
•Project management experience or a PMP certification.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs, and effective communication skills; Experience documenting As-Is and To-Be processes.
