This position supports a team dedicated to managing financial collateral and margins, with a focus on overseeing margin call processes, performing reconciliations, and managing controls. The role aims to enhance organizational productivity by examining business processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and aiding in data-informed decision-making to elevate operational efficiency.

• Gather and examine operational data to uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports and visual dashboards to aid in strategic planning and performance tracking.
• Work alongside various teams to optimize workflows and execute process improvements.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of key performance metrics.
• Craft presentations and summaries for management based on analytical findings.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Background in business analysis, operations, or process optimization.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
