Fleet Support - Level 1

Job Summary: 

This role provides critical support for fleet operations, ensuring vehicles, drivers, and office processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role manages the full scope of fleet logistics, from new hire vehicle setup to maintenance coordination, compliance, and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all shipping and receiving tasks for fleet and office operations.
• Coordinate new hire vehicle setup, including Wex fuel cards, GPS installation, EZ Pass toll tags, and vehicle assignments.
• Investigate, process, and track driver citations using Geotab Mapping and E-Fleets.
• Maintain Geotab system, including geofences, GPS assignments, user access, and regular system updates.
• Manage vehicle registration, coordinate fleet maintenance, and oversee rentals.
• Administer Wex fuel card program, including PIN creation, usage review, and card issuance or termination.
• Assign and maintain EZ Pass and other toll passes, ensuring proper usage and compliance.
• Support fleet operations through GPS ordering, vehicle pickups/drop-offs, and safety documentation tracking.
• Assist with accident processing and maintain related insurance claims.
• Distribute safety materials and track completion compliance across the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role to support departmental needs. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company and business goals
• Excellent customer service and above-average phone skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently

Schedule: 

• Work schedules may vary by department. Standard full-time schedules typically consist of 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required and must be pre-approved by the management team.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: 

• Office-based role with extended periods of computer work. 
• Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10–15 pounds). 
• Climate-controlled office environment with standard noise levels.  
• Field-based work and travel may be necessary at times. Scheduling and coordination will be discussed before field work and travel are necessary.
