Responsibilities- Create detailed landscape designs and sketches for residential and commercial properties using CAD software.
- Meet with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and project goals.
- Conduct site analyses to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions.
- Prepare project estimates based on design specifications and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and installation crews to ensure accurate and efficient execution of designs.
- Support project success by performing additional related duties as needed.
- Associate degree or higher in horticultural design or a related field.
- Experience with computer design software (such as CAD) preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with flexibility to collaborate with various crews.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work both outdoors in various weather conditions and in an office setting.
- Consistent and dependable attendance.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
