What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager position at RSC Engineering, PLLC?
We are seeking a Construction Manager & Scheduler to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The office is a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail and ability to shift, focus and prioritize to meet the needs of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the construction side of the business
- Interact with builders and customers to schedule projects
- Schedule installation jobs - order materials, notify customers, etc.
- Oversee all aspects of construction jobs from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources as needed for projects
- Manage office personnel
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Help recruit new leads and grow the current business
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to learn and adapt in a very fast paced, ever changing environment
- Customer oriented - able to speak with builders, customers, contractors, etc.
- Work independently, complete tasks w/out reminders, follow-up on open items
- Own and take responsibility for tasks from beginning to completion
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
