What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power BI Consultant on W2 position at RSA Tech Group?
Role: Power BI Consultant

Project: The Dashboard is to give the Executive Team visibility in to the clinical trial data in real time. The back end is built and functioning, the front end is rather basic and simple. They want someone who can understand what is in place and be able to make changes and enhancements moving forward. They want someone who has been through a number of similar types of Data / Power BI / Visualization projects and knows Best Practices and who isn’t shy to speak up and offer suggestions without trying to be the loudest voice in the room – team player, collaborative. They want someone who can gather requirements and/or understand requirements that have already been gathered and work with the team to deliver what they need. Someone that also has an eye into the Visual of the Visualizations and can help them create a more elegant solution would be ideal.
· Tech Stack: Power BI, Snowflake, Data Lake, Microsoft shop so AD, EntraID
· Power BI would be top #1 and #2 skills for this – it’s that important, Snowflake 3rd, Data Lake 4th.
· Data Lake is created, but will definitely need some tweaks
· Must have excellent communication skills – ideally a native from the US or someone that has been here a long time and has great comm skills
· Ideally want someone who has experience on the Data side, but also on the Visuals side of the Visualization – tweak the end user front end, more ‘elegant’ so to speak; a bit of experience on look and feel would be great.
