RSA Roofing & Gutters LLC is hiring motivated outside sales representatives for roofing and storm restoration work throughout Northwest Florida.
We are looking for people who are comfortable speaking with homeowners, generating opportunities, following up with leads, inspecting sales opportunities with the roofing team, and helping homeowners through the roofing process.
Priority experience:
- Roofing sales
- Storm restoration sales
- Door-to-door sales
- Solar sales
- Windows and home improvement
- Pest control
- High-ticket commission sales
Roofing experience is preferred but not required for strong salespeople with door-to-door or commission sales experience.

Applicants must be comfortable with outside sales, speaking directly with homeowners, and traveling locally throughout the assigned territory.
Compensation: Commission-based with performance bonuses.
