What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Tech position at RS3 Sports?
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform the daily operations of the Warehouse from open to close and to maintain the professional standards and exceptional service standards set forth by RS3.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- A professional attitude is paramount and lead by example
- Promote RS3 Core Values
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and invoicing for all shipping, receiving, and storage management
- Proper use of requisition forms to gather necessary product/equipment for stocking Storefront concessions
- Responsible for equipment maintenance and secure storage
- Set up and break down portable food service equipment
- Responsible for cleaning concession stands and warehouse areas
- Positively interact with co-workers in a diverse workforce
- Follow and enforce all RS3 policies and procedures
- Responsible for completion and accuracy of opening and closing inventories, deliveries, transfers, requisitions and spoilage
- Responsible for all company assets (equipment, keys, small wares, tools and supplies) for stands
- Demonstrate and enforce compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Able to communicate clearly written and verbal
- Basic mathematic skills
- Able to receive, deliver, and execute instruction clearly
- 2 yrs. food service or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift operator a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds (beer kegs)
- Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
- Safe driver training (to be completed within 90 days of hire)
