Assembly Production Associate
We are looking for 2nd and 3rd shift Production Assembly Operators to work with a local automotive manufacturer in Simpsonville, SC. This is a great opportunity with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble automotive components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect parts for quality, defects, and precise dimensions using basic hand tools or measuring equipment.
- Load, unload, and operate assembly machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following 5S and safety practices.
- Track production targets and report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or defect trends to shift supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members on the line to maintain consistent workflow and meet daily output goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Capability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 35–50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Salary : $17 - $20
