We are seeking a dynamic and driven Wireless Sales Manager who has a track record in Wireless sales. This role is key to the success of RS&I, focusing on dealer acquisition, lead generation, and effective prospect management. The Wireless Sales Manager will introduce current and potential dealers to our services, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate closely with dealers to devise tailored solutions. An outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to close sales and boost revenue are essential.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $48,000 with unlimited commission potential. Expected earnings in the first year range from $60,000 to $75,000.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with present and prospective dealers.
Develop a comprehensive list / database of potential dealers.
Support and enhance the profitability of existing dealers.
Foster positive interactions between RS&I and dealers throughout the application and business processes.
Identify dealer needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring all inquiries are addressed.
Travel within the assigned sales territory to fulfill responsibilities and engage with dealers.
Achieve or surpass company volume and profit targets, along with activity quotas for cold calls and sales meetings.
Stay well-informed about product offerings from RS&I and competitors; deliver engaging presentations to potential dealers.
Complete any other tasks as directed by Sales Management.
Qualifications
A proven background in Wireless sales is essential.
Professional demeanor in attire, speech, and written communication.
Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and persuasive.
Possess a friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a readiness to travel.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check.
