- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar like a pro.
- Assisting patients with check-ins, paperwork, and insurance verification.
- Handling phone calls, emails, faxes, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and maintaining office flow.
