Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing event marketing, retail promotions, and brand ambassador team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and representing recognized brands at live events and retail locations.

• Represent client brands at retail locations, promotional events, and community marketing campaigns
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Answer questions about products, services, promotions, and special offers
• Assist with customer registrations, promotional activities, and event interactions
• Build customer relationships while increasing brand awareness
• Support event setup, merchandising, displays, and breakdown
• Work with team members to achieve daily marketing and customer engagement goals
• Collect customer feedback and complete event reports

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused personality
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required
