Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Administrative Assistant, located in York, PA. The Accounting Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including accounts payable, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing general administrative support. Key responsibilities include processing financial data, organizing documents, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience with accounting, basic finance concepts, and proficiency in accounting software
- Experience with NetSuite and/or ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
