What we are looking for:
RRNTX is seeking 3-5 individuals to join our growing
team of Storm Restoration Representatives to help clients restore their homes from storm
damage. We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of company that works hard
and plays hard.
No experience is necessary…We provide training on basic construction, insurance, and
storm damage knowledge.
Qualifications Needed:
o Comfortable talking face-to-face with customers
o Able to climb a ladder to a roof
o Reliable transportation
o Great work ethic and good time management
o Willing to self-generate leads (canvassing)
o Smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during inspections
o Previous sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
o Inspecting & documenting for storm damage to homes
o Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to brief them on the repairs
and claims process and sign restoration agreements
o Creating estimates
o Marketing and lead generation for new prospects
Travel requirement: As desired based on customer needs
License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required) and reliable transportation
Work Location: In person
