Requirements
YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
- Fostering and promoting a positive work environment and healthy company culture
- Helping with managing benefits, compensation, and employee recognition programs
- Assisting our HR Generalists
- Helping with maintaining and refining the company-wide performance review process
- Being an ambassador of RRM
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or on track to graduate soon!)
- No HR experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A love for spreadsheets, systems, and helping people
- Ability to work efficiently, handling many tasks simultaneously
