Starting Pay: Up to $16.00/hour depending on experience

We are currently seeking Full-Time Housekeepers to join our team in Rockville. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while working alongside a dedicated team. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

What does a day as one of our housekeeper look like?
- Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company and brand standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and ensure rooms are guest ready and ensure the quality and brand standards are met.
- Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items to the Front Desk promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Qualifications-
- Must be available to work weekends and holiday.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.
