Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Performance Technician to join our dynamic team. This involves modifying vehicles which we specialize in, Including high perforamnce Lexus and Porsche sports cars, including installation of performance parts such as our supercharger kits, brake kits, suspension, track preparation and inspection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and strong enthusiasm for car modification.
Duties
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and alignment.
- Install supercharger kits, performance brake systems, suspension systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently and do light custom fabrication if required.
- Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, and fluid services.
- Assist in assembly and shipping of parts that we design and build
Qualifications
- mechanic experience in automotive repair shops.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- A good attitude and pride in your work.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
