About MAnext
MAnext is the aircraft management and charter division of Million Air Dallas. With decades of aviation experience, MAnext delivers tailored aircraft management and charter solutions through a personalized, high-touch, and service-focused approach. The team works closely with aircraft owners and clients to support safe, efficient, and high-quality aviation operations.
Purpose of Position
The Business Development Coordinator supports the growth of MAnext by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is responsible for engaging prospective clients, identifying qualified leads, and coordinating introductions for the Sales Team.
The position plays a key role in building and maintaining the sales pipeline through consistent outreach, strong communication, and effective use of CRM tools. This role also provides support for business strategy initiatives and special projects as needed.
Business Strategy support responsibilities are secondary to the core business development functions of the role and are not anticipated to represent more than 50% of the position’s overall focus.
Qualifications:Tasks and Responsibilities
Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound outreach, including phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Engage with prospective clients and industry contacts to identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including lead tracking, activity logging, and pipeline updates.
- Support lead handoffs to the Sales Team to ensure continuity and follow-through.
- Monitor and manage pipeline activity to support reporting and forecasting.
Business Strategy Support (Secondary Focus)
- Support business strategy initiatives, projects, and programs as directed.
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis related to business development efforts.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the sales function.

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospective clients and secure meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
