What You Will Do
- Service and maintain HVAC systems in customers homes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Perform warranty and repair work
- Travel to job sites daily using a company vehicle
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Represent the company with professionalism and pride

What We Are Looking For
- Experience with HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Knowledge of refrigerant recovery and EPA guidelines
- Ability to perform warranty work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather
- Ability to climb, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Must be insurable to drive a company vehicle
- Must wear OSHA approved safety boots
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain EPA 608 Certification
- Ability to obtain CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson Card
