Responsibilities
Perform all phases of residential construction:
Foundations and concrete work
Framing (walls, floors, structural modifications)
Installation of windows, doors, and exterior elements
Interior trim carpentry (base, casing, crown, custom details)
Cabinet installation
Basic drywall, tile, and general remodeling tasks
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience
Strong carpentry skills (framing finish work)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
