Role Overview
As Co-Founder & CEO, you will lead the commercial, operational, and strategic execution of the business.
You will work directly with the Chairman/Founder to transform Rqiip into a regional and global market leader.
You will own day-to-day company leadership, growth execution, market expansion, partnerships, fundraising support, and team building.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Define and execute Rqiip’s long-term vision, strategy, and market positioning
* Translate board/founder vision into executable operating plans
* Drive company-wide alignment across growth, product, operations, and partnerships
* Build strategic frameworks for expansion and scalability
Business Growth
* Lead revenue growth and commercial strategy
* Design and optimize scalable acquisition funnels
* Build strategic partnerships and channel relationships
* Identify new revenue streams and monetization opportunities
* Oversee retention, expansion, and customer success strategy
Fundraising & Investor Relations
* Support fundraising strategy and investor communications
* Participate in fundraising meetings, roadshows, and strategic discussions
* Help prepare business updates, investor reports, and growth narratives
* Assist in strategic financing and capital planning
Team Building & Leadership
* Recruit and build the executive team
* Establish performance culture and accountability systems
* Lead organizational design and talent strategy
* Create scalable management processes and reporting cadence
Operations & Governance
* Oversee day-to-day business operations
* Ensure KPI-driven execution across departments
* Build internal governance, SOPs, and operating systems
* Maintain execution discipline across all business functions
Market Expansion
* Lead GCC and international expansion strategy
* Build strategic partnerships with ecosystem players
* Identify regional and vertical growth opportunities
* Develop localization and go-to-market frameworks

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as Founder, CEO, GM, or Senior Operator in a high-growth startup/scale-up
* Strong background in SaaS, marketplaces, SMB platforms, fintech, ERP, or tech-enabled services
* Demonstrated success scaling revenue and operations
* Fundraising and investor-facing experience preferred
* Strong strategic, operational, and commercial acumen
* Exceptional leadership and talent-building capability
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero
* MENA / GCC market experience strongly preferred
