Role OverviewAs a key member of the RQ Construction team, the Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for managing all plumbing and mechanical construction activities on-site. This includes supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating daily operations, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and budget expectations. You will play an important role in upholding the company's standards and fostering a collaborative, high-performing jobsite environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in construction management or completion of a plumbing trade program preferred
- Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a Class A Wastewater and Class B Drinking Water License
- Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Medical Gas Certification and familiarity with NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code)
- Working knowledge of IPC and ICC codes
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Plumbing/Mechanical Superintendent managing crews on commercial or industrial projects with plumbing scopes of $1M
- At least three (3) years of hands-on experience with pressurized plumbing and mechanical systems strongly preferred
- Experience with government, military, or large-scale commercial construction projects is highly desirable; Design-Build experience is a plus
- Master Plumber license preferred
- Basic computer skills (Outlook) preferred; experience with BIM software is a plus (training available)
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training can be provided)

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
