Headquartered in beautiful Carlsbad, CA, we are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.
RQ Construction is looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Training team! In this role, you'll assist in supporting the administration of our learning management system, reporting, content publishing, and operational support for our corporate training efforts. In-person work will be required; though hybrid work will be supported. In-person work to be done in the Carlsbad, CA headquarter building; local candidates will be given priority.
What You'll Do
✅ Administer our LMS, providing technical system support in various areas of the software
✅ Assist in producing reports, analytics, and dashboards in support of training efforts
✅ Ensure accuracy of training enrollments and eligibility data
✅ Support the L&D Team in training content development
✅ Collaborate with the L&D Team to support training initiatives
✅ Provide frontline support for LMS questions
Qualifications/Experience
✔️ (Preferred) BA/BS degree in teaching, learning design or related field experience (High school education minimum required.)
✔️ (Preferred) 2 years of experience in teaching environment and or LMS administration
✔️ Strong computer skills (MS 365; LMS experience preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Construction industry experience a plus!
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour depending on experience and geographical location of work
