Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, monitoring project progress, enforcing safety standards, maintaining quality control, supporting project scheduling, and ensuring accountability among field personnel. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential to successfully delivering complex construction projects.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least five years of experience serving as an Electrical Superintendent supervising crews on commercial, industrial, or government construction projects valued at $400,000 or greater
- Practical field experience in electrical installation and construction required; military or large commercial project experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience overseeing medical facilities or large-scale construction projects as an Electrical Superintendent
- Experience managing scheduling, procurement, safety compliance, quality assurance, and field coordination required
- Familiarity with Design-Build construction methods preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction operations, and jobsite safety practices
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 certifications required; training may be available if needed
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or technical training in electrical trades or construction management preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Experience using construction software such as McCormick, Primavera, BIM, or Revit preferred
