- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors.
- Five or more yearsof experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman or Superintendent, managing crews on projects with a plumbing scope of
- Three or more yearsof field or trade experience as a commercial plumber working (government, military, or large commercial construction projects preferred).
- Experience in the
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications,
STSrequired (training can be provided).
- High school diploma or GEDrequired, with preference given to candidates who have completed courses in
plumbing trade school.
- Computer literacy(Microsoft Outlook preferred).
- BIM softwareknowledge is preferred, with training available.
