What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gopher/Rodent Pest Control Applicator QAL Category M position at RPW Services Inc.?
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Qualified Applicator License (QAL) Pest Control Technician with a Category M (Non-Soil Fumigation) certification to join our growing Rodent/Pest Control division, as a technician/applicator. This position does not involve sales, all routes are pre-established.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply pesticides and rodenticides in accordance with all state and federal regulations
- Perform inspections, identify pest issues, and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate application records and compliance documentation for material usage
- Communicate clearly with our office support team about site findings and recommendations
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily routes and service schedules
Qualifications:
- Active QAL license with Category M (required)
- Knowledge of pest control practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in pest management or rodent control is a plus
Additional Notes: Employee is regularly required to stand for long periods; walk long distances on uneven terrain; drive safely to multiple stops each day; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; occasionally pull large amounts of hose up to 400 feet; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds for an extended amount of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds; sit for long periods of time while traveling to and from job site to job site.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
