About Us:
RPT Labs, Inc. is a trusted provider of drug testing and safety compliance services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Drug Test Technician to conduct urine drug screenings and breath alcohol tests at our collection site and occasionally perform mobile collection services.
Responsibilities:
- Collect urine or saliva samples following DOT and non-DOT protocols.
- Conduct breath alcohol tests using approved breathalyzer devices.
- Maintain chain of custody and accurate documentation.
- Ensure a clean and professional testing environment.
- Follow all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
- Work with clients and employers to ensure efficient testing procedures.
- Perform fingerprinting/DNA testing appointments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- DOT certification in urine specimen collection and/or breath alcohol testing (preferred, but training available).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Must have a current/valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Greater Phoenix area to perform mobile collections at client sites as needed.

This is a part time position with the opportunity for per-diem work as necessary for mobile collections. Starting wages will be $18-$22 based on experience.
